Costa Esuri is situated on the Costa de la Luz, which boasts some of the best golfing in the area. It has two championship golf courses, both set in idyllic surroundings.
Costa Esuri West opened in March 2007. This parkland course is situated riverside but offers an authentic links golf experience with wide fairways. More experienced golfers will enjoy the breeze coming off the neighbouring Guadiana river, which marks the border between Spain and Portugal. Just over the river, and within easy reach for a golfing trip, is Quinta do Vale, the Seve Ballesteros course. Coast Esuri West offers just the right level of play to more experienced golfers. Its ultimate aim is to host tour events, and has been designed to be challenging without being exhausting.
If you’re less of an experienced golfer and want to try your hand at a round of holiday golf, try Costa Esuri East which opened in March 2008.
Costa Esuri Golf Club offers all visiting golfers use of its clubhouse which has views of the river and practice area. With great food and both a bar area and sun terrace, it is well worth a visit once you’ve finished your round.
